Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Every order includes free shipping with tracking.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.
Where orders ship from
Rootward is manufactured and dispatched in the United States, so there are no customs charges, import duties or surprise fees on US orders.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Contact us quickly if you spot a mistake and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and make it right.
