Our 60-day guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on a first-time order. If Rootward is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price. There are no restocking fees.
Because results with a peptide scalp serum take months rather than weeks, this guarantee is designed for customers trying Rootward for the first time. It applies to one order per customer.
How to request a refund
Email us with your order number and we will confirm next steps within two business days. You do not need to return an empty or partially used bottle. If we ask you to return an unopened item, we will cover return shipping.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5 to 10 business days, though that timing is set by your bank rather than by us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and does not use it up.
Cancellations and address changes
Orders reach our fulfilment centre quickly. If you need to cancel or change an address, contact us as soon as you can and we will do what we can before it ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the 60-day guarantee still applies.
